Next we talk with Daniel Briones Director of Catering at The Four Seasons Hotel. Daniel shares his years of wedding experience and gives his advice on starting the wedding planning process. We talk about current table designs and some unique food choices for cocktail receptions. The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is a beautiful setting to have an outdoor wedding ceremony in Center City Philadelphia. Music is a critical component of any wedding celebration. That is why we took the time to talk with Carmen Tomassetti of CTO World Entertainment Productions at his studio in Manayunk, PA. Mark Kingsdorf of The Queen of Hearts Wedding Consultants has years of experience planning weddings. Having started in the business as a chef Mark has a unique perspective on planning a successful wedding. Mark is a featured consultant on The Style Network's hot wedding show Whose Wedding is it Anyway?. Mark is an expert at dealing with wedding planning pressures. He shares some of the best wedding advice I have heard recently. He also talks about his involvement with a special program called "Let Them Eat Cake", a wedding cake competition that raises money for breast cancer research.
